So this is a work in progress of the digimon characters I made up in celebration of the 15th Anniversary - and for the fun of it too. They are influence by the original digimon peeps, and I loved drawing thm - I am going to colour them and stuff, as well as do some more things with them :D 

Skecthes of Adventurers

I thought I would update y’all with what I have been up too. I am currently working on some self indulgent fan art for digimon for the 15th anniversary. I used to love Digimon when I was a kid, Tamers In particular, the show sort of influenced the way in which I draw particularly the shoes. I am currently drawing the Original characters from Digimon Adventures 1 but I am also making up my own characters for fun sort of like a homage :). So above are the rough sketches for that, I am also lining those at the moment as well.

Character Desing - Skylos

 

 

More work on my side Project - this is Lupes younger brother who I have called Skylos for reasons. Still getting used to drawing him hence the rougher than usual facial expressions.

Spark Revisit

This is the character I designed for my graduate film at university, which was over a year ago or some such. and I wanted to draw him again because I’ve improved since then I think and I did really love drawing him so.

A side Project I have been working on - Some poses and facial expressions for Lupe I have been working on, His eyebrows are especially fun to draw, oh and his giant feet. dont forget those.

Colour Tests and Final Colours

 

 

 Some Progress on this side project I’m working on for fun, I had a lot of trouble with the colours, and I spent ages thinking about them (which I am probably going to change anyway) So i figured I’d put the progress of how I came to a decision with the colours, they changed from the initial choices for contrast etc. I’m also going to change the design of the fro guy a bit for story purposes.

Alien Bob Character Design and Layout and Backgorund Test

 Character and Layout/backgroumd designs I did for an art department test, it was rally fun and I've never really drawn many aliens before so this was really useful in getting me to explore more things. Also Toasterbot 3000 is super grumpy Alien Bob should have totally known better. tut.
